Suez Canal Blocked by Ever Given Vessel owned by Ever Green Marine | RA Power Solutions

The Suez canal, Egypt was blocked by the Ever Given vessel which is a golden-class container ship, one of the largest in the world operated by container transportation and shipping company named Evergreen marine based in Taiwan. This Ever Given container ship is registered in Panama. On 23rd March, the vessel Ever Given ,while traveling from Tanjung Pelepas in Malaysia to Rotterdam in the Netherlands ran aground in the Suez Canal Egypt, blocking it. The 25 crew members managing the vessel are all Indians.

 The vessel Ever Given has main engine of Mitsui–MAN B&W 11G95ME-C9 (59,300 kW) and have following auxiliary engine.

• Repair of crack or seriously damaged major engine parts like crankcase, turbocharger housing, and cylinder heads by metal stitching and metal locking process on board the vessel.
• Emergency repair and overhaul of main and auxiliary yanmar engines due to accident.
• Supply of critical spare parts in short time.
• Flying and boarding the vessel in case of major accident even in high seas by our technicians who are equipped with portable easy to carry equipment to meet with any challenge.
