• A portable crankshaft grinder which is designed with the objective of undertaking crank pin grinding and polishing even in a situation where the space is limited. The objective is not to remove the crankshaft from the entablature and reduce downtime.
• The onsite crankshaft grinding and polishing machine has an excellent design and the weight of each component is constantly reviewed in order to reduce the weight and make it lightweight which is easy to carry all over the world and the operator is comfortable in using the equipment while the crankshaft is repaired.
• The main body of insitu crankshaft grinding machine is made out of titanium alloy which has the inherent feature of absorbing the vibration.

The main advantage of this crankshaft grinder equipment is that it can be used even while the sailing of the vessel and the close tolerance of 0.02 mm can be maintained.

• The crankshaft machine does not require multiple settings. The grinding and polishing of the crankpin and the main journal of the crankshaft can be executed in one setting.The crankshaft grinding machine is capable of undertaking honing and polishing the crankpin and the main journal of the crankshaft if the damage is slight without reducing the diameter.
• Onsite crankshaft grinding and polishing machine is also used to remove the surface line marks, pitting, rust and to improve the surface finish.
• The crankshaft grinder equipment is supplied complete in all respects including consumables good enough to grind or polish one crankshaft.
