• A portable crankshaft grinder is designed to undertake crank pin grinding and polishing even in situations where space is limited. The objective is not to remove the crankshaft from the entablature and reduce downtime.
• The onsite crankshaft grinding and polishing machine has an excellent design, and the weight of each component is constantly reviewed to reduce the weight and make it lightweight, which is easy to carry all over the world, and the operator is comfortable in using the equipment while the crankshaft is repaired.
• The main body of insitu crankshaft grinding machine is made out of titanium alloy, which has the inherent feature of absorbing the vibration.

The main advantage of this crankshaft grinder is that it can be used while the vessel is sailing, maintaining a close tolerance of 0.02 mm.

• The crankshaft machine does not require multiple settings. The crankpin and main journal of the crankshaft can be ground and polished in one setting. The crankshaft grinding machine is capable of undertaking honing and polishing the crankpin and the main journal of the crankshaft if the damage is slight without reducing the diameter.
• Onsite crankshaft grinding and polishing machine is also used to remove the surface line marks, pitting, and rust and to improve the surface finish.
• The crankshaft grinder equipment is supplied complete in all respects, including consumables good enough to grind or polish one crankshaft.
• The training aspect of the crankshaft grinding machine is critical. The senior technician is deputed to the client’s site to give the training on the provision and maintenance of the equipment.
