We undertake onsite grinding of crankshafton board the vessel or for the land base diesel generating sets. Our present capacity to undertake onsite crankpin repair is up to 700 mm diameter which covers largely most of the main & auxiliary engines installed on the vessel.
The crankshaft repair equipment used by us is of the latest design. The main body of the equipment can absorb vibrations and we can undertake the grinding of the crankshaft even while the sailing of the vessel.

The crankshaft grinding machine used by us is also designed to cater to the small diameters and the crankpin which has considerably less bearing width. Our machine in spite of less bearing width can undertake the grinding and polishing of the crankpin maintaining the tolerance as per the engine manufacturer requirement.
