Valve Tappets/Lifters:

Mechanical lifters made from Chilled Cast Iron & Alloy Steels, are ensured for the best workmanship and perfect blend of metallurgy. Correct hardness, profile & surface finish are ensured.

Inlet / Exhaust Valves:

Inlet / Exhaust Valves are offered from a wide range of materials, such as EN24(BS817M40), EN52(BS401s45), 21-4N(BS349S52), etc. made by metal gathering upset forging process, and Bimetallic valves are Friction welded. Various processes like Chrome flash on the stem, Stellite on the seat and tip area, and Nitriding/Tuftriding, are also offered.

Valve Guides:

Cast iron with correct specification, heat-treated for toughness, and machined with high precision. Closely maintained inner/outer diameter with a highly smooth inner surface and finely grinded outside ensure correct fitment.

Rocker Arms:

Rocker Arms are made from Carbon Steel, Case Hardening Steel, or as per specifications by forging & Investment Casting process. Rocker Arms with chilled surface profiles are also offered. Correct hardness and Heat Treatment cycle with accurately machined parameters ensure trouble-free performance

Rocker Shafts:

Rocker Shafts of various types are made from alloy steels. Induction hardened rocker shafts are also offered. Precisely controlled dimensions well within tolerances ensure correct fitment of the complete rocker assembly.

Variety of Products:

A wide range of items like Chain Sprockets, Sintered Bushes, Bimetal Bushes, Push Rods, Valve Retainers, Valve Cups, Valve Seat Insert, Zinc Alloy Cam Shafts Bearings, Chain Tensioner, etc. is developed.

Cast Components:

Components like Oil Pump Body, Water Pump Cover, etc. are supplied in Aluminum Gravity and Pressure Die Casting & Graded Cast Iron. Various parts made from Aluminum and Cast Iron are developed as per specifications/samples.

Valve Guides:

Valve Seat Inserts:

We have developed various types of Valve Seat Inserts, made from Nickel, Chrome, Cobalt, and Iron-based alloys - that display superior wear and heat resistant properties.

Cylinder Liners & Pistons:

We have developed a large range of Cylinder liners, made from Centrifugal castings. Special compositions are maintained to ensure wear-resistant properties at the same time enhancing lubrication.

Large Cylinder liners up to a bore size of 600 mm. are developed for Mirrless Blackstone, Ruston, Allen, SKL, Bergen, CKD Skoda Diesel Engine.

Forged/Cast Iron Parts:

Various components are developed as per buyer's specifications/samples- made by Forging, Gravity castings, Pressure Die Casting, Investment/Lost wax casting process.

Bearings:

Thin Shell type Tri Metal and Bi Metal Bearing for Diesel Engine CR and Main Journal are manufacturers. We also undertake rebabbitting of Bearings, New Babbit bearings are also manufactured in different grades of White Metal as per Drawing or Sample.
