The failure of crankpins due to the seizure of bearings, normal wear and tear or accident is possible even in the main and auxiliary engines which are well-maintained. The failure of crankshaft causes lot of inconvenience, expensive downtime and loss of revenue to the owners.

Magnetic Particle Test of Crankshaft
The maintenance of radius profile and lubricating oil hole is of great importance. The profiles are strictly maintained as per the guidelines given by the manufacturer.
The hardness, crack etc are checked in all cases of crankshaft machining undertaken by us.
